Join Plumed Horse Restaurant’s Michelin Star Chef Peter Armellino on a culinary adventure transforming three well known pasta dishes into magic on a plate. Peter will be demonstrating various professional techniques using cavatelli, semolina gnocchi, and potato gnocchi combined with wonderful sauces ranging from Calabrian chilis, to short rib ragu, to lobster and summer truffles.
